Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% service charge.

 

Lateness

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or accept a shortened appointment. Lateness disrupts our schedule and impacts other clients.

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your results, please notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

 

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
